A "cookie" does not contain any personally identifying information but does allow tcpIQ to collect your Line Speed Meter data and aggregate it to use it for any means that we see fit. We simply record your Line Speed Meter User Id so that you may have ready access to your own connection profile information. When downloading tcpIQ products, you have the option of providing your e-mail address. This is used solely for the purpose of obtaining feedback about tcpIQ products. If you provide us with your e-mail address, we will send you a single e-mail asking how your evaluation of our tcpIQ product is going. You are under no obligation to respond and no further e-mails will be sent to you if you choose not to respond.

You have the option of being subscribed to our e-mail list. We reserve the right to e-mail people on this list about specific matters relating to tcpIQ and tcpIQ products. We check all this information before processing in order to avoid fraudulent credit card transactions. Line Speed Meter Data

We reserve the right to sell, lease or license aggregated Line Speed Meter data. This data has been stripped of all identifying information and is provided in a pre-processed format.
