This particular example shows a web browser requesting a web page from a web server. The left column represents the web browser connecting to the Internet via Proxy Workbench seen in the middle column. Proxy Workbench in turn connects to the web server seen in the right hand column. In this example 'bandwidth throttling' has been turned on. At most 2000 bytes are transmitted every 100 mSecs. Throttled data is represented by an arrow with a green ring around it.
