Support Policy

At tcpIQ we believe our software is great software.

As such we support all of our products whether they be licensed or freeware and we provide support irrespective of whether you have purchased the software or are simply evaluating it. After purchasing the software we will provided unlimited support for an unlimited period of time.

We will endevour to make contact with you within 24 hours of receiving your support email (generally within 30 minutes) and will make every effort to have the issue fixed as soon as possible.
